- Thorough Spinal Examination: This includes static palpation (feeling for areas of misalignment), motion palpation (assessing spinal movement), visualization (observing alignment from various angles), and X-ray analysis (if necessary).
- Instrumentation: The use of specialized instruments such as the Nervoscope or Delta-T, helps to detect subtle changes of the nerve temperature in the spine that may not be apparent through manual palpation alone.
- X-Ray Analysis: If indicated, X-rays are taken to provide a more detailed view of the spine and help identify any structural issues that may be contributing to the patient’s symptoms.
- Adjustment: Based on the findings from the examination, an adjustment is performed using high-velocity, low-amplitude thrusts to restore proper alignment and function to the spine.
