Dr. Emily grew up in Aiea, Hawaii where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa. She further continued her education by attending Life Chiropractic College West.
Dr. Emily had the luxury of receiving Gonstead chiropractic care first-hand by her uncle since the age of 8. Throughout her milestone development, she was able to challenge her body against physical demands of soccer and tennis throughout grade school and college. The improvement she experienced through routine chiropractic care, including relief from tennis elbow, knee pain, headaches, and low back pain, motivated her to serve others in achieving optimal health through a holistic approach.
As an avid learner, Dr. Emily continues to fine-tune her skills through specialized seminars in the Gonstead technique to provide the best quality care to her patients. During her down time, Dr. Emily engages in strength training and enjoys spending time under the sun whether it may be hitting up the beach, playing tennis or soccer, hiking or taking a stroll around a park.
